Well...that's a bunch of glorified verbiage that tells the customer nothing ...other than to strongly hint that the broker took the customer's money ...and failed to pay the underwriter's premium.

How would one KNOW if ones coverage lapsed or not, if no claim was submitted? I'm glad no one suffered a loss (that we know of) while their coverage was in-question.

On the other hand it just might have said the exact truth. Read into it what you want. Surprised it doesn't happen more often these days.

It might intrest you folks to know that the long arm of the law has finally caught up with the fine folks mentioned earlier in this post. I was contacted by the US Autorny General In the Eastern district of Virgina asking if I would like to testify at the sentencing hearing for Mr Earl Rushing JR who was convicted of insurance fraud.
