In what appears to be a futile effort to slow you down might I suggest replacing the AN bolts which attach the axle with NAS or MS ones? Do a search here -- there's been a lot written about them. I'm extremely envious of your progress! Thanks for the progress reports and pictures -- looks great!
How high of temperature do they cook the parts at when they powdercoat? What do you think of powdercoating engine parts? Too hot? Too thick of paint for cylinders?

When I replaced my rear window last year (botched rear seat removal), we opted to use machine screws.
It makes it easier to replace the window the next time you remove the back seat.
Also, how tinted are your windows? I think it would be nice to do.

As a matter of curiousity, do you remember the part numbers of the C-180 landing gear legs that you installed? Are they the early models or the ones with the axle line moved foreward?

Thanks Big. The windows look great, I remember my reation the first time I replaced my windows how much younger the airplane looked.
