Pine Mountain Lake, CA

Post by Robert Eilers »

I flew my wife up to Pine Mountain Lake, Saturday, 8/5 (Groveland E45). It had been a while since I stopped in at Pine Mtn. The airport Cafe is under new management, apparently has been for several years. My wife and I had the best breakfast we've had in quite a while. We flew in behind a gaggle of RVs. Pine Mtn is till a nice place to visit and just an hour from most Nortrhern Ca locations.

Pine Mountain Lake is a nice place to get breakfast or lunch after a weekend of camping at Columbia. The last time I was there, the service was slow, but as I remember, worth the wait.

Someday I hope to visit Pine Mtn. Looks amazing. I put this page up on my web site after some friends sent me pictures from their visit there a couple years ago. This is like THE dream hangar!
