R.J. Schroers Glare Shield

Post by mdpesky »

Hello everyone

I'm looking for information on what happened to the R.J. Sshroers Glare Shields and if they are still available? Any information on how I can obtain one of these Glare Shields for my 1960 C-182 would be greatly appreciated, I already have one for my C-170B and love it, it is a quality product!

Thanks

Mark,
If you can't locate the glare shield of your choice, try Selkirk Aviation in Cour D'alene (Sp.) ID. They make a dandy!

Thanks blueldr

I was concerned the Selkirk model being made of fibre glass was heavy and wouldn't have the finished look the Schroer one has? Have you any experience with the Selkirk one, how it looks and fits? Its tough to really tell from their web site?
