Tailwheel spring shim

Post by 48c170 »

Anyone know where I can get the tailwheel spring shim, PN 0510000-30?

I am also looking for the tailwheel steering chain guard, PN 0442125.

This is going on my ragwing. My tailwheel attach bracket was changed to the B-model style back in the 50's. Thus the numbers are from the B-model book.

Thanks,
Chris

The guard-tailwheel steering chain is available at univair for 30.72 under their p/n u0442125. As for the shim the places I checked do not have them. However You should be able to just make a flat shim, the only thing you need to know is what thickness it is. nick
