If you have the Cleveland wheel conversion, inspect the wheel cylinder PN 091-02200. I have found wheel cylinders cracked on two aircraft, both using the 30-63A Brake assembly.
The cracks are easy to see on a preflight inspection. The wheel cylinder cracks across the the anchor bolt (PN 069-00400) holes.

What in hell is the "wheel cylinder"? My parts books are out at the airport so I can't readily look up the numbers you quote.
Are you possibly referring to the caliper assembly?

Sorry to make it so technical, but I needed to be specific.

There are two hydraulic cylinder assemblies in the brake system.
One master cylinder and one wheel cylinder. The cracks are latterly across the guide pin holes in the wheel hydraulic cylinder.

At this point in time, I have not dediced what is causing the problem.
It could be that it is a material flaw that is just now showing up. In this case, I am suspicious of material problems. However, it is probably a culmination of material and poor maintenance problems.

The main point, I am finding too many of this type of failure.

This area is easy to inspect, but you need to get down on your knees and specifically look.
