Probably should List these in TradeMart....
Probably should list these in TradeMart.... but I’d hate for anyone to need them and not have a chance at these (apparently) Very Rare Aircraft Landing Gear sets I saw today on CraigList:
'53 B-model N146YS SN:25713
50th Anniversary of Flight Model. Winner-Best Original 170B, 100th Anniversary of Flight Convention.
An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons.

George,
Is that gear set up for the Antonov 225 version of the 170?

I really like the foot operated parking brake feature. Jump out and step on the pedal. No need for chocks!
Also the castoring feature will act like crosswind gear, just land in a crab and no more ground loops!
The built-in mud flaps will keep the mud and cow patties off the paint when you land off-airport!
Never worry about a flat tire again, even if one goes flat you have a built-in spare. Genius!
Easy installation too! All it takes is a chunk of 4"x4"x1/2" angle iron and a 1" bolt for the pivot. No problem!
So what if they weigh over 100lbs each? The built-in safety features are worth it!
And no need for an STC, Owner Procured Parts!
Split the cost with 3 of your buddies and get them for $50/plane! Where else can you get a deal like that?
