Hello,
Not sure what forum to post this in but here goes.
August 11
- Signed up for membership, paid dues, and credit card charged.
- Registered for forums and received email with forum login information.
- Sent email same day for logging in process to the Members Only Section.
August 14
- Received a reply from one named Jan explaining Members Only Section process is not automated.
- Received acknowledgement of payment, membership number and PDF on website login procedure.
- Received email from Jan indicating to send to webmaster membership number and user name. Information was emailed.
- Jan’s email indicated if there were any problems, to email the webmaster.
August 19
- Now that I am ~ 8 days from initially signing up, I am reluctant to email the webmaster as I have never received any email about the Members Only Section.
- Is this typical for this organization? And if yes, I can be patient. How long does this take?
.
What to do?

Re: What to do?
No this is not typical. Emailing the webmaster is the key. Two of us volunteerly monitor the webmaster mail which comes into my personal email. On average I check my email 30 times a day. I also check the forum about 30 times a day. As soon as I see a request I take care of it. For example I'm responding from a center city helipad on an EMS flight form my IPone right now.
So unless something falls through the cracks, we respond in less than a day. Most times less than 8 hours.
I will look into my mail and track done the info I need and set you up ASAP when I get back to the office.

Re: What to do?
Bruce, I wrote the reply below and sent it to you as a message. I noticed it is stuck in the Outbox, thus posting this to you here. Is there a button to click to release emails from my Outbox that I've missed?

Bruce,
Thank you for your help.
I must be doing something incorrectly somewhere. I go to the main web page, click on the login button, enter my user and password and I'm logged on.
When i click on the Members Only button, I receive the message below.
"You are not logged in. Please log in here and return to this page."
I can't quite figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Roger

I'll double check you settings. You are doing everything right.
Private messages stay in your outbox, or they appear to, until the message is read by the resipient. When I go to my in box you message will be there and when I open it it will leave your out box.
