What kind of food are you going to serve? If it is Chinese, you could call it "One Wing Low". One of my all time favorites is called Tail Spin. or the Hamburger Hangar.

"SOS", and make that your specialty :lol:
Make it a bar and grill, and serve your beer "Thru-the-Fence"
Serve your eggs "Shiny Side Up", or "looped over easy" :D

I can imagine coming up with some interesting names for your menu items

OK, I got it....... the "Uncloudy Day Diner". What pilot doesn't dream of an uncloudy day. I like Willie's version the best. But if you're in to classic rock, you might consider some lyrics from Pink Floyds "Learning to Fly". 8O

Other thoughts;
You could lace your food with viagra, and call it "The Lift Strut" :lol:

Use only double yoke eggs, shiny side up, and call it a "Mooney"

A chef salad would be a "Basket Case", and left overs would be a "Project". The stuff that didn't get eatin by the end of the week could be re-served as the "Hangar Queen".

Menu items to consider are;
Bulkhead Steak (obvious)
Stringers (hashbrowns)
Belly grunge (biscuits with sausage gravy)
Bent Wings (chicken wings spread eagle)
Piper (toast) :lol: :wink: ..........................................................

Too far gone for that, Richard. I think he's into the 'shine! :lol:

Del... You seem so excited about this idea, .... mebbe you'd better start a new bizness at the airport? ?? Tina and the kids could be your quality-control team! (And keep your menu-listings clean.) :lol:
