Hangar Bay Interiors?

Post by pmel22 »

Hello everyone..I am thinking about replacing the carpet in my 56 172. Has anyone done any business with Hangar Bay? I called and they seemed very nice, got a couple samples, etc. Thanks,Pete

Yes, I used Hangar Bay a few years ago when I replaced the carpet in the '57 172. Good quality and price, it fit well with some minor trimming. I would use them again...and they were very nice to do business with. Russ Farris

I ordered a new carpet for my 1948 170 from Airtex and did it myself. Very easy job, the centre floor area (flap/fuel selector) is the only time consuming area, but its worth doing yourself IMO. At the same time I did a thorough under floor and gear box inspection.
