Yeah,

I can recommend a guy named Joe Mortimer, retired Teeny Weeny Airline pilot who currently has a 180, previously had 170A. Good man. Good sense of humor  . He alternates between Big Bear and John Wayne. Used to run an ad in Pacific Flyer with a (714) telephone number for tail wheel sign offs. Did a BFR for me a couple of years ago.

Don't have a current telephone number for him. If you have access to the land of the Gestapo  (SNA), he usually ties his 180 down on the west side. Beige and Red with very small TWA decal on vertical stab. Once you see it, you will know it for sure.
Good luck, chuck

P.S. Failing that, you might want to try Sunrise also on SNA. There was an instructor there named Stansbury who is good..maybe others. Howsomever, you will need deep pockets at Sunrise . Disadvantage in addition to cost is they use mostly Decathleons which I feel are much too easy to fly. chuck
