One Less Engine Shop for Us

Post by dstates »

I just spoke to Western Skyways this afternoon to talk about an overhaul for my C-145 or possibly just some components work. They let me know that they will only work on O-300D models. They will not work on a C-145 or the A, B, or C models.

With Whom specifically did you converse…?? (I plan to visit with them shortly about their reasons….which I suspect has to do with the starter motors they prefer.)

An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)

I believe her name was Crystal. She said it was to hard to get parts since they are no longer supported. She said the last engine they had in for overhaul took 6 months due to part struggles.
