Cessna Dealer Network Disbanded

Post by MoonlightVFR »

It is official

No more Cessna Dealer Network in USA. Disbanded

A few former dealers will be offered a Referral Service Contract.

Customers will now be able to purchase a new piston engine Cessna direct from the factory.

In 1979 I viewed new Cessna aircraft at Alton , Illinois. They had about 12 new single engine Cessna SE on display.

Fell in love with a new C185. Purchase Never happened. How could one honestly cloak expenditure of $79,400?

Kind of sad, but realistically these days the business model has it's challenges. Cirrus sells direct and seems to do all right.
