Many of you are AOPA members and are aware of the upcoming, last 2015 flyin scheduled for October 9 & 10 at Tullahoma, TN (THA). I have visited with quite a few folks who have attended prior AOPA flyins and all of them give glowing feedback on them. This flyin will be held at the Beechcraft Museum on the south end of the airport. This is an excellent museum if you appreciate Beech aircraft. You can go onto the AOPA website to see the various activities planned for the flyin. NOTAM information is also available on this site.
What does this have to do with Cessna 170's? There are quite a number of 170 members located within a couple hundred miles of Tullahoma and we would hope many of you can attend. Those living at greater distances would be welcome as well. More flying time to log! It would be really cool to have a bunch of 170's represented at the flyin and be able to meet the owners sometime on Saturday (10th).
