So.... If a 27% scale 170will fit in a 100% scale Vanagon, would a 100% scale 170 fit in a 370% Vanagon? :lol:

Arash-
I really like the look of the plane with no struts. Too bad Cessna didn't make a cantilevered wing on the 170. I know, I know, it was to save weight and money, but it does look better.

That nice look is at the expense of interior head room though, always a compromise somewhere.

I was thinking the same thing -- wish we could have the cantilever wing on the 170. But, like Richard said, there are compromises. This latest service letter for the Cardinal makes one thankful for the simplicity of the 170 wing design.

Arash, beautiful work. That is one large airplane! Seems to me that it would only be a little more work to build a Falco. Some good deals to be had there as it looks like Sequoia is out of business. In all your spare time :lol: you could have a side business completing Falco's, Vari Viggen's, etc. gathering dust in basements and garages!
