I must have a really boring N number. Nothing interesting comes up. One photo of my 170 taken I know not where and references to the 170 Assn.

I googled my N number a few years back and found this great photo of me landing at SAC. I emailed the guy and have since given him a few rides. He is an avid aviation photographer.

That's a great picture of 49A, but it looks like the Grilles are missing out of the nose bowl.

Interesting before I changed to vanity plate N Number on my airplane its number was N4557C, when I google that number it now seems to be used by the CIA for one of their Lockheed C-130s.

That N4557C seems to be an ultra light today.

That Herc in the pic looks like the one my daughter, Nancy, got blown up in over in Africa about twenty years ago in the village of Wau in Sudan when she was working for Southern Air Transport.

Nothing but the usual aircraft registration information comes up on mine but it hasn't been in the limelight much.

The Rest of the "Story"

Blueldr,
I recently had a conversation with a FedEx pilot named Jim Story. Prior to FedEx he was working with Airserv flying a Twin Otter. Apparently he was having some problems with management and planned on turning in a letter of resignation but another pilot talked him out of quitting. I guess things between him and management didn't improve because shortly thereafter he was fired from AirServ. His being fired cancelled his scheduled Twin Otter flight to Wau in southern Sudan. Your daughter Nancy in the C-130 replaced his flight. She took the land mine that would have blown the light Twin Otter to smithereens and no doubt would have killed Jim. I'd be interested in hearing Nancy's side of that story.
