I talked to the owner - Steve Schwister about the STC for our 170's. He told me that the approval for the planes [48 - 56] should be cleared by November.

I bugged him this year at OSH as well, and got the same answer. Consistency is key!

Not that I am aware of recently. I hope to see him at Oshkosh this year again.
