Brian, thank you- another excellent weather site- Thanks very much guys- I'll start using these sites and when I get used to them, cancel Trade-A-Plane weather. It's a nice resource but these are as good, and at no cost-. All the info of course comes from the government, it's all in how it's present...

I use Trade-A-Plane Weather because they provide the information in a very user-friendly format- plain English reports and forecasts for the entire USA, animated radar and satellite images and readable synoptic charts. David, listen to Russ- he's 100% right on this subject. I was going to tell you the same thing. When checking the alignment the book says to place the weheels on greased plates. The AOPA Online Airport Directory http://www.aopa.org/members/airports/#USTProcs is a nice resource. You can download and print the latest approach charts, STARS, airport diagrams etc. The AOPA Real Time Flight Planner is also useful.
