I use a stripper called "plane naked". It is about 160$ for 5 gallons shipped to your door. Clean the plane, spray it on, leave for 24 hrs, get the power washer out and wash 90% of the paint off. Do it all again and the next day it is completely stripped. The last 180 cessna I did took abo...

Line up the hinge holes with the bracket in place, then drill the few holes that are aligned. Disassemble then clean out holes and chips. Reinstall with a few clecos. Drill the rest to match the rudder and rib. Clean all parts at the end and rivet it all together.

170 a spar doubler corrosion

has anyone seen this before. the plane has no other corrosion issues and has approx 5500 hrs. if the fuel tanks wouldnt have been leaking this might not have veen seen for many more years.

mine burns 12.0 @ 2350 and 22.5 mp at 6000 range . at 11000 and 2350 rpm fuel burn is in the 11.0 range
