Thanks for the input guys. My thoughts at this point are to ship cores with cardboard/foam and rebuilt parts in crates.

Today with my family. My 3 year old little girl woke up early today, because that's what kids do on xmas. She "helped" my 3 month old boy open his gifts. What a great day!

My Lyc ran cool too, so I put a plate in front of the oil cooler and that brought it up to proper temps. Sometimes in the summer it runs a wee bit warm, but not out of limits by any stretch.
